About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator / Executive to support our sales operations, handle customer interactions, and manage both office and field-related tasks. The role includes coordination, dispatch handling, and occasional client visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales operations and follow-ups

• Handle customer calls/messages professionally

• Maintain Excel sheets, sales reports, records, and order status

• Assist with quotations, documents, and backend sales support

• Handle dispatches of the sales team when required

• Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch partners

• Visit client locations occasionally for meetings or follow-ups

• Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams

• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets

Experience Required

• Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply / call

• Experience in sales coordination, field sales, or dispatch management is an advantage

• Training will be provided for freshers

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate

• Basic English and good communication skills

• Basic MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Willingness to handle both office + field responsibilities

• Strong follow-up skills and positive attitude

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000

• Incentives: As per sales

• Total Monthly: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 + Incentives

09:30 AM to 07:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
