Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, and client visits.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other business partners.
Understand client accommodation requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and corporate rate agreements.
Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in the CRM.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
