Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within assigned territory.

  • Conduct market visits to meet prospective clients and understand their needs.

  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to decision-makers.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals.

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.

  • Collect market intelligence and share feedback with the sales/marketing teams.

  • Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and client communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not mandatory).

  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B or B2C.

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
