Job Description

We are hiring a School Sales Representative for our book publishing/distribution company.
The role includes visiting schools, meeting principals/teachers, presenting our books, and taking orders.

Responsibilities:

Visit schools daily and generate book orders
Build and maintain strong relationships with school staff
Present book samples and explain product details
Follow up with schools for repeat orders
Maintain daily visit/reporting records
Achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with the office for delivery and billing

Required Skills:

Good communication & convincing skills
Basic area knowledge
Ability to talk confidently with school staff
Customer handling skills
Self-motivated and target-driven

Requirements:

Have a bike and smartphone
2-wheeler licence
Aadhar & PAN
Willingness to travel within the city

Salary & Incentives:

₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month
+ Incentives up to ₹5,000 per month
Travel allowance provided
Performance bonus
