Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition & Retention:

    • Identify and onboard new clients, ensuring smooth integration into the platform.

    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.

  2. Campaign Planning & Execution:

    • Work closely with clients to plan and execute advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives.

    • Ensure that campaigns are successfully deployed and meet client expectations.

  3. Gate Banners Deployment:

    • If required, ensure the deployment of gate banners for activities.

    • Collaborate with vendors for smooth execution, or take responsibility for deploying them in-house if necessary.

  4. Door-to-Door Sampling:

    • Execute door-to-door sampling as needed, coordinating with vendors or taking charge of the entire process if no vendor or promoter is available.

  5. Complete Execution of Activities:

    • Oversee every aspect of the activity, from deploying banners to placing floor mats. Ensure nothing is overlooked.

  6. Permission Management:

    • Obtain necessary permissions from societies before executing any activity. Ensure permissions are secured via WhatsApp or email from the Point of Contact (PoC) to avoid last-minute issues.

  7. Lift Frame Deployment:

    • Ensure lift frames are deployed when required and take responsibility for updating posters as needed.

  8. Site Visits on Non-Activity Days:

    • On days with no scheduled activities, conduct visits to at least 5-6 unique sites to build connections and explore future opportunities.
