Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to prospective residential and commercial clients through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking.
Direct Sales: Conduct on-site visits to understand client requirements, perform basic site surveys, and recommend appropriate AC units or maintenance packages.
Relationship Management: Maintain and update a database of clients, ensuring regular follow-ups to build long-term loyalty.
Negotiation & Closing: Present product benefits, handle objections, and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and industry trends to provide feedback to the management team.
Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and maintain an active sales pipeline.
