Job Description for Sales Coordinator •
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, serving as a primary point of contact for clients. •
Coordination: Coordinate with site supervisors and HVAC designers to understand site requirements. •
Quotation Presentation & Negotiation: Present and explain VRV/ Non-VRV quotations to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding pricing, terms, or scope. •
Follow-up & Revisions: Follow up with clients for quotation approval and manage the revision process promptly based on client feedback, negotiations, or changes in project scope. •
CRM Management & Documentation: Maintain systematic records of all quotations issued, their status, and follow-up activities within the CRM system. •
Work Order Management: Issue work orders to contractors and coordinate with them as needed to ensure timely project completion. •
Inventory & Financial Records: Update the Excel stock register, perform good receipt entries in the GS system, and prepare delivery challans and machine tax invoices. •
Internal Coordination: Create Work Orders in the CRM system and provide necessary information to the accounts team for invoice preparation. •
Post-Sale Engagement: Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. •
Warranty & Document Management: Prepare all warranty contracts in the GS system and manage the physical filing of all project papers and tax invoice received copies.
