Sales Coordinator / Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and confident female candidates to join our field sales team. The role involves promoting and selling financial products such as personal loans, business loans, and credit cards by meeting potential customers face-to-face, explaining product features, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and approach potential customers in assigned areas.

Generate leads for loans and credit cards through field visits, referrals, and campaigns.

Explain product details and eligibility criteria to customers clearly and convincingly.

Collect customer documentation and ensure accurate submission of applications.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.

Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Prior experience in sales or field marketing is an added advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Comfortable with fieldwork and direct customer interactions.

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
