Key Role Area of the Positions of Territory Sales Manager/ Team Leader/ Counsellor/ Sr Executive
· Graduate candidate required with Age between 18 to 35
· Two wheeler must
· For TSM/ Team leader minimum 4+ years experience required in Mortgage/ Home loan/LAP sales required
· For Counsellor/ Sales executive- Minimum 1 year experience in Mortgage/Home loan/LAP sales required
· Candidate will be visiting and generating the lead for Mortgage/ Home loan
· Candidate will be working in field for closure of loans
· Structuring solution depending on customer’s requirement.
· Responsible for new client acquisition
· Engaging with customers to enrich the relationships and provide solutions to meet various needs of the customer.
· Provide complete and comprehensive information on products, services offered by the Bank and ensure best services are provided to them.
· Achieve individual targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance
· Ensure stability of income from existing set of clients and explore avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new clients
