Sales Coordinator / Executive

Job Title: Sr. Executive – Sales (Home Loans)

Reports to: Branch Sales Manager
Location: Field-based
CTC: ₹2.62 – ₹3.0 LPA + Incentives (Freshers welcome)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for home loans via builder/property dealer networks.

• Meet clients, verify documents, and coordinate loan sanction/disbursement.

• Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly disbursement & revenue targets.

• Handle product queries, arrange loan events, and ensure post-sales service.

• Collaborate with supervisors and conduct joint sales calls.

Candidate Requirements:

• Any Graduate | Age: 18–34 years

• Fieldwork required | Freshers can apply

• Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills

• Sales-driven, self-motivated, and computer savvy

• Experience in NBFC/Bank/DSA (preferred, not mandatory)

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
