Job Description

Featherwood Furniture Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling IndiaMART leads, strong sales skills, and excellent communication abilities. We are looking for someone with good business understanding, high problem-solving ability, and the confidence to convert inquiries into successful business deals.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and manage inquiries received through IndiaMART.
Convert leads into sales through effective follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
Prepare quotations and negotiate with clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the design and production teams for smooth project execution.
Achieve monthly sales targets and generate new business opportunities.

Required Skills

Experience working on IndiaMART is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good IQ and analytical thinking to understand client requirements quickly.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Experience in the furniture, interior, office furniture, or related industry will be preferred.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–5 years of sales experience.
Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
