Job Description – Sales Coordinator

Industry: Agriculture & Food Processing

Position: Sales Coordinator

Experience: 6 Months to 4Years

Salary: Negotiable (as per experience)

Job Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily activities with the sales team and dealers

Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails

Prepare quotations, manage follow-ups, and support sales operations

Maintain sales data, orders, and MIS records accurately

Coordinate with dispatch, billing, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery

Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

Products / Machines Exposure:

The role provides exposure to sales coordination of agriculture and food processing machinery, including:

Feed Processing Machines

Rice Mill Machines

Packing and Sealing Machines

Food Dehydrator Machines

Other Agro and Food Processing Equipment

Eligibility / Qualification:

B.Sc / B. Pharma / D. Pharma

Skills Required:

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations

Strong follow-up and documentation abilities

Ability to work efficiently in an office-based coordination role
