Roles & Responsibilities

Promote furnishing products such as furniture, curtains, blinds, wallpapers, mattresses, flooring, and upholstery materials.
Generate new business leads and identify potential customers.
Meet customers, architects, interior designers, builders, and retailers.
Explain product details, pricing, and customization options.
Prepare quotations and follow up for order confirmations.
Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Coordinate with delivery and installation teams for smooth execution.
Handle customer feedback and provide after-sales support.
Maintain sales reports and payment follow-ups.
