Sales Coordinator / Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while representing the company in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.

• Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals to clients.

• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Follow up on leads and close deals effectively.

• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/ERP regularly.

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, logistics) for smooth order processing.

• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, or promotional events when required.

• Provide feedback to management about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Key Skills Required

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Confidence and ability to persuade and influence clients.

• Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Experience in B2B / B2C sales will be an added advantage.

• Willingness to travel (if required).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
