The Sales Coordinator will serve as the primary link between our customers, the sales field team, and our logistics department. You will be responsible for streamlining the sales process, ensuring all chemical orders are processed accurately, and maintaining rigorous documentation required for industry compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management: Process incoming sales orders via ERP/CRM systems, ensuring correct pricing, specifications, and volume requirements.
Customer Liaison: Act as the internal point of contact for clients regarding order status, lead times, and shipping documentation (e.g., Certificates of Analysis, MSDS).
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of hazardous and non-hazardous materials in compliance with safety regulations.
Sales Support: Prepare quotations, sales contracts, and tenders. Assist Sales Managers in tracking KPIs and generating monthly sales reports.
Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information, interaction logs, and contract renewal dates.
Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels in coordination with the production team to ensure product availability for pending orders.
