Sales Coordinator & Business Developer (Logistics)

Job Type: Full-Time 
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 CTC (Negotiable based on experience)
Experience: 1 – 2 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiner preferred.

Job Summary:
Adorish India Private Limited is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Coordinator with Business Development skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between clients and our internal operations/warehousing teams. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting new business in the logistics/3PL sector to coordinating documentation, billing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Lead Generation:

    • Identify new business opportunities in the 3PL, warehousing, and transportation sectors.

    • Cold calling and prospecting to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.

    • Present, promote, and sell logistics services (FTL, PTL, Warehouse) to prospective clients.

  • Sales Coordination & Client Support:

    • Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes and proposals.

    • Negotiate terms with clients to reach a cost-effective agreement.

    • Coordinate between sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing.

  • Documentation & Administration:

    • Manage sales documentation, including contracts, booking orders, and client data.

    • Prepare and process billing/invoices in coordination with the warehouse team.

    • Handle client queries via telephone or email in a professional manner.

  • Performance Metrics:

    • Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

    • Maintain daily reports on sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions. 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales support, business development, or logistics coordination.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a strong plus.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Attributes: Proactive, organized, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
