The ideal candidate will be responsible for client coordination, inventory management, dispatch operations, and supporting business growth through effective customer relationship management. The candidate should be proactive, organized, customer-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients to ensure smooth business operations.
Present and promote products and services to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Manage stock and inventory records accurately.
Coordinate dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery of products.
Maintain and update stock data in computer systems.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, inventory status, and client feedback.
Support the team in identifying new business opportunities and contributing to revenue growth.
Job Requirements
6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in coordination, sales support, inventory management, or a similar role.
Basic computer knowledge, including data entry and record maintenance.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
