Job Description

Sales Co-ordinator – Key Responsibilities

Identify and contact prospective customers through calls, walk-ins, and referrals
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
Generate and follow up on leads to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Conduct product/site presentations and explain pricing, offers, and benefits
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently
Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and sales activities in CRM
Coordinate with internal teams (HR, admin, operations) for smooth deal execution
Handle customer queries, objections, and post-sales support
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management
Follow company sales processes, policies, and compliance standards
