Job Profile: Sales Coordinator Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our Enterprise Sales Team. This role is accountable for providing operational and administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and assisting in client coordination. The ideal candidate should be a graduate, own a two-wheeler, and have prior field sales experience. Key Responsibilities Provide operational support to the sales team for daily activities. Prepare and manage weekly and monthly sales reports. Maintain sales opportunities, pipelines, and client records. Assist in proposal building and quotation preparation. Coordinate with field sales executives and clients for meetings, quotations, and business discussions. Handle quotations, proposals, and payment recovery processes. Address client queries with accurate product information. Track sales orders and report progress to directors. Attend client meetings arranged by Tele-sales executives. Requirements Education: Minimum Graduation (Bachelor’s degree required). Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler for client visits. Experience: Prior field sales experience is mandatory. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
