Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Centre Coordinator/Centre Head to lead operations, business growth, and healthcare delivery across the Bhopal Region - Obedullaganj, Rehti, Budhni, and Lateri.
Reporting directly to the Regional Head, the Centre Head will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of all assigned centres while driving business expansion, product sales, revenue generation, and team performance within the centre.
This role requires someone who enjoys working in the field, building relationships, solving operational challenges, and achieving growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
• Ensure smooth functioning of all Medyseva centres within the assigned cohort.
• Monitor daily clinic operations and maintain high service quality.
• Ensure compliance with operational SOPs and company policies.
• Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain uninterrupted services.
Business Expansion
• Identify and onboard new pharmacy partners and healthcare facilities.
• Support the expansion of MedyAarogya Clinics across the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and growth avenues within the cohort.
• Coordinate with local stakeholders to strengthen Medyseva's regional presence.
Product Sales & Revenue Growth
• Drive sales of Medyseva products and healthcare services, including MedyCard and other healthcare offerings.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Promote healthcare packages, consultations, diagnostics, and referral services.
• Develop local sales strategies to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
