Role Objective
To function as the Sales Control Tower—ensuring every opportunity moves forward with speed, clarity, and discipline, while supporting Sales Engineers with tracking, coordination, and reporting.
What you will own (Key Responsibilities)
1) CRM & Pipeline Discipline (Non-Negotiable)
Keep CRM updated for every lead/opportunity — stage, next action, owner, remarks
Ensure 100% opportunities have a Next Action Date + Next Action Step
Identify stuck deals, overdue follow-ups, and escalate daily
Maintain clean data: vertical, location, decision maker, requirement, value, timelines
2) Quote & Proposal Operations (Speed + Accuracy)
Run the end-to-end Quote Tracker
request → site data → scope → internal inputs → approvals → sent → revisions
Coordinate collection of BOQ / photos / site details with Sales + Ops
Ensure proposal attachments are correct: scope, inclusions/exclusions, timelines, terms
Track revision cycles and ensure “quote follow-up” doesn’t go cold
3) Site Visit & Internal Coordination
Coordinate schedules for site visits, inspections, and meetings
Confirm appointments with clients (WhatsApp/email/calls)
Coordinate with operations team for technical inputs, feasibility, and timelines
4) Sales MIS + Weekly Dashboards (Visibility = Control)
Daily status updates: meetings, quotes, negotiations, closures, follow-ups due
Weekly dashboards: funnel movement, person-wise scorecards, vertical mix
Maintain Top 20 Hot Deals list (with next steps + blockers + deadlines)
5) Documentation & Sales Enablement Support
Maintain latest proposal templates, company profile, brochures, case studies
Keep records of PO/WO, approvals, final proposals and email trail
Ensure all client communication is properly logged and traceable
KPIs (How your performance will be measured)
Quote TAT Compliance: 90%+ quotes delivered within SLA
Follow-up Leakage: 0 missed follow-ups (system must catch all)
CRM Accuracy: 95%+ stage accuracy + mandatory fields completed
Reporting Discipline: dashboards and MIS sent on time (daily/weekly)
Deal Velocity: faster movement from quote → negotiation → closure
Skills & Profile we’re looking for
Extremely strong follow-up discipline & ownership mindset
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets (filters, tracking, basic analysis)
CRM familiarity (any tool is fine — we’ll train you on our system)
Strong communication: professional email + WhatsApp etiquette
Detail-oriented: dates, attachments, scope, trackers, commitments
Bonus if you have: experience in B2B services (Facility Management / HVAC / Projects / AMC / industrial services).
