We are seeking a reliable and proactive Field Runner to join our team. This role is critical for the seamless execution of loan processing, acting as the physical link between our office, clients, and various financial or regulatory institutions. You will be responsible for the timely collection, delivery, and verification of sensitive financial documents.
Job Description (JD)
Key Responsibilities:
Document Logistics: Pick up and deliver loan application kits, KYC documents, and security instruments (like original property title deeds) between the office, client locations, and banks.
On-site Coordination: Assist clients with the correct signing of loan agreements and ensure all mandatory fields are filled as per bank checklists.
Banking & Regulatory Visits: Visit various bank branches for document submission, cheque clearance, and obtaining signatures from bank officials.
Verification Support: Assist the backend team by performing basic physical address verifications of applicants when required.
Registry & Stamp Office Tasks: Coordinate the movement of documents to sub-registrar offices for loan registration or franking/stamping processes.
Reporting: Maintain a daily log of visits and provide real-time updates to the Loan Operations Manager regarding document status.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Minimum 10+2 (HSC) or Graduate in any stream.
Technical Literacy: Ability to use smartphone apps for location tracking, document scanning, and communication (WhatsApp/Email).
Traits: High level of integrity and punctuality; ability to handle confidential financial documents with extreme care.
Communication: Fluent in the local language and basic English/Hindi to interact with bank staff and clients.
Salary - Rs. 15000 to Rs. 25,000 per month plus conveyance
Office Location - Kandivali west but travelling to various banks and Branches are involved
