We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to lead a team of Membership Executives, drive sales performance, manage targets, and ensure high conversion through effective sales strategies, renewals, and upselling.
Manage and guide a team of Membership Executives (MEMs)
Drive new sales, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
Achieve team and individual monthly revenue targets
Conduct daily sales reviews, performance tracking, and coaching
Support team during customer meetings and closures
Ensure proper CRM updates, reporting, and documentation
Coordinate with senior management on sales planning and strategy
Minimum 3+ years experience in B2C, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
Strong experience in membership sales, renewals, upselling
Comfortable with field work and customer visits
Excellent communication skills (English + local language)
Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
Background in Real Estate / EdTech / Insurance / Telecom / Travel / Timeshare preferred
