Restaurant Onboarding Executive (Rapido Food Delivery, Bangalore)

Position: Restaurant Onboarding Executive
Location: Bangalore
Number of Positions: 40 (20 managed by Rapido, 20 managed by Marconix – 10 with standby candidates as backup)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month (inclusive of transportation allowance)

Project Start Date (Tentative): 1st September 2025

Key Responsibilities

·       Reach out to restaurants in Bangalore (leads provided by Rapido + cold calling required).

·       Educate restaurant owners/managers about the benefits of joining Rapido Food Delivery.

·       Assist restaurants with documentation, application form filling, and app onboarding process.

·       Ensure successful activation of restaurants on the platform.

·       Maintain proper tracking of calls, visits, and onboarding status using Rapido’s/Marconix reporting systems.

·       Achieve daily/weekly/monthly onboarding targets as set

Requirements

·       Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi preferred.

·       Basic smartphone knowledge.

Compensation & Benefits

·       Salary: ₹18,000 (Plus transportation).

·       Training and support provided by Rapido and Marconix.
