Job Description

Worklance Connect is hiring experienced Relationship Officers for Utkarsh Small Finance Bank's Loan Against Property (LAP) and secured MSME lending division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source customers for HL, LAP and secured MSME loans.

  • Generate business through direct market sourcing and customer visits.

  • Develop relationships with self-employed individuals, business owners and MSME customers.

  • Handle loan documentation, customer verification and follow-ups.

  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approvals and disbursements.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain quality customer relationships.
