Relationship Officer

Job Title: Field Officer – Microfinance

Location: BIHAR- GOPALGANJ DISTRICT SIWAN

Department: Operations

Reports To: Branch Manager / Area Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Field Officer to join our microfinance operations team. The Field Officer will be responsible for client acquisition, group formation, loan disbursement, collections, and maintaining healthy client relationships in assigned rural/semi-urban areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits for identifying and acquiring new clients.

• Form Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) and conduct group training and verification.

• Process loan applications and assist in disbursement of loans.

• Ensure timely collections and maintain proper repayment schedules.

• Maintain up-to-date client records and submit daily reports to branch/area office.

• Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Educate clients about loan terms, repayment process, and company policies.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in microfinance or fieldwork is an advantage.

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

• Basic knowledge of local geography and languages.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Honest, hardworking, and willing to travel extensively.
