Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Officer to drive sales of Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) through the DSA channel in the above locations. The candidate will manage DSA partnerships, generate leads, and achieve business targets while ensuring compliance and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads for Home Loan and LAP products through DSA partners.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs to drive business growth.

• Conduct customer meetings, explain product features, and assist in loan application processing.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets for Home Loan and LAP disbursements.

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, approvals, and disbursement processes.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and follow-ups.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and SOPs.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
