Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated professionals to join our team as Relationship Officers in the Unsecured Business Loan segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving loan sales through Direct Sales Agents (DSA) channels and ensuring excellent customer service and loan processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and source new business through DSA networks.

• Maintain strong relationships with DSAs to achieve business targets.

• Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate loan products.

• Ensure end-to-end coordination for documentation and loan disbursement.

• Achieve assigned sales targets for Unsecured Business Loans.

• Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Regularly update and report sales performance to the branch manager.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in financial products, preferably unsecured loans.

• Prior experience in handling and activating DSAs is mandatory.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.

• Must be a graduate from a recognized university.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
