Job Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new customers in rural and semi-urban areas.

Explain and promote Muthoot Microfin's loan products to potential clients.

Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Conduct field visits to assess customer eligibility and needs.

Assist in loan application processing and document collection.

Ensure timely disbursal of loans and post-disbursal follow-up.

Report daily sales and customer data to the branch manager.

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th Pass (Intermediate)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to travel locally

Passion to work in the financial inclusion sector

Job Responsibilities:

Visit customers to collect EMI payments on a daily basis.

Follow up with overdue customers and ensure timely recovery.

Maintain accurate records of collections and submit reports.

Handle customer queries related to repayment and coordinate with the branch team.

Manage customer relationships and ensure minimal defaults.

Follow company protocols and maintain professionalism in the field.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline)

Minimum 0–1 year of experience in collections or fieldwork preferred

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Familiar with local geography and language

Two-wheeler and driving license preferred
