Job Description

Doctor Detailing & Relationship Building You serve as the primary link between the lab and the clinic, visiting doctors daily to brief them on your lab’s technology, test accuracy, and new specialized profiles (like oncology or genomics).
Service Issue Resolution You are the "troubleshooter" for the doctor. If a report is delayed, an error occurs, or a patient complains, you resolve the issue immediately to maintain the doctor’s trust in your facility.
Facilitating the Referral Process You ensure the clinic is always stocked with your lab's referral pads, brochures, and sample collection kits, making it as easy as possible for the doctor to recommend your services.
Promoting Home Collection & Logistics You pitch the convenience of your lab’s "Home Sample Collection" services, which adds value to the doctor’s practice by providing a seamless experience for their elderly or bedridden patients.
Market Intelligence & Feedback You monitor competitor pricing and service offerings while gathering feedback from the medical community to help your lab improve its turnaround times and diagnostic packages.
