Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff to promote insurance products.
Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
Product Training: Train and motivate bank staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and new product launches.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate leads from the bank’s existing customer base (walk-ins/database) and conduct joint sales calls to convert them.
Customer Support: Provide support to bank customers regarding insurance products, including policy servicing and renewal.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies
