Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Promote and sell loans(Home loan and LAP)

• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients for feedback, renewals, and upselling opportunities.

• Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and customer engagement events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Minimum 0–1 years of experience in sales preferably in BFSI sector.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a customer-first attitude.

• Basic knowledge of financial products and services.

• Proficiency in local language(s) and working knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
