Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Officer:

Handle field sales and customer acquisition

Manage collections for JLG, Personal Loans (PL), and Business Loans

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing

Field Officer:

Handle NPA collections and Bucket 2 cases

Follow up with customers for overdue payments

Visit customers in the field for recovery

Maintain proper records of collection activities
