Job Describtion :

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Targets: Achieve sales goals for insurance/financial products by promoting them within bank branches.
Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with bank employees and management.
Customer Interaction: Understand client needs, recommend suitable products, and provide after-sales support.
Training & Support: Train bank staff on products and implement joint marketing strategies.
Reporting: Maintain sales reports and analyze market trends.
