Job Summary:

We are seeking a Relationship Officer (RO) with minimum 1 year of experience in loan sales, preferably in Home Loans or Business Loans. The ideal candidate should have strong field experience, customer handling skills, and a CIBIL score of 700 or above, reflecting financial discipline and creditworthiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential customers for Home Loans and Business Loans in and around Patna.

• Conduct field visits to meet customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate loan solutions.

• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers.

• Assist customers with the application process and coordinate until disbursement.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and relationship management to drive repeat and referral business.

• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the loan portfolio.

• Maintain and update customer records using CRM and internal systems.

• Comply with all regulatory norms and company policies during loan sourcing.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in selling Home Loans, Business Loans, or similar financial products.

• Good knowledge of the local market in Patna.

• Must have a CIBIL score of 700 or higher (subject to verification).

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage field activities.

• Basic proficiency in computers (MS Office, CRM tools).

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).

• Language: Fluency in Hindi; basic English preferred.
