Relationship Officer

• Work actively within the assigned sales territory to drive home loan business.

• Visit various channels and direct partners to source quality home loan applications.

• Acquire and log in home loan files and ensure timely submission to the credit team for screening.

• Continuously scan and analyze the local market to identify potential customers.

• Manage end-to-end customer acquisition – from lead generation to conversion.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and referral networks.

• Ensure seamless communication between stakeholders to enhance customer experience and increase loan disbursal efficiency.

• Operate through a combination of direct outreach and a strong connector/referral network.
