Relationship Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our Motor Insurance team as Relationship Officers. The role involves handling customer relationships, assisting with motor insurance policies, and supporting sales and renewal activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with motor insurance policy inquiries (new business & renewals).

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

• Explain motor insurance products, coverage, and benefits clearly to customers.

• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals.

• Follow up with customers for documentation and payments.

• Maintain accurate customer and policy records.

• Support the sales team in achieving targets.

• Provide basic post-sales support and resolve customer queries.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory).

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Good communication skills (verbal & written).

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

• Willingness to learn motor insurance products and processes.

• Customer-oriented and team player.
