Relationship Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team for Home Loans and Credit Card sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell home loans and credit card products to individual and corporate clients.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.

Guide customers through the application, documentation, and approval process.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.

Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor products, and lending/credit policies.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and fair practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Graduation

0–3 years of experience in sales (Banking, NBFC, or financial products preferred).
