••Key Responsibilities••
- Source new business and generate leads for loan products (personal loans, business loan,gold loans, used car loans, mortgages, secured loans)
- Handle existing customer topup and servicing
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Conduct field visits to meet prospective and existing and new customers
- Verify KYC documents and ensure complete, accurate loan documentation
- Coordinate with branch/credit teams for loan processing and disbursement
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business volume goals
- Conduct promotional events/displays to generate leads (in some roles)
- Submit daily sales/activity reports to the reporting manager

- Good communication skills (local language + basic English)
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Customer orientation and relationship-building ability
- Local market knowledge (for field-based sourcing)
- Basic computer literacy for CRM/reporting
••Qualifications••
- Graduate in any discipline (some field-heavy roles accept 10th/12th pass + experience)
- 0–3 years of experience, freshers often accepted with training provided
••Compensation••
- Fixed salary generally in the ₹15,000–₹18,000/month range depending on experience, plus incentives (can go up to ₹40,000–₹500,000/month on top of base in sales-heavy roles)
- ESIC, PF, and health insurance typically included
