Program Overview – Academy Launchpad Program

This paid internship is designed to groom candidates for a career in field sales within the gold loan sector. Successful candidates can transition into full-time roles with rapid career growth.

Growth Path

• Relationship Trainee (First 6 months): ₹12,700/month

• Senior Relationship Trainee (Next 6 months): ₹17,600/month

• Relationship Manager (Post 12 months): CTC up to ₹3.5 LPA

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end gold loan process: from lead generation to customer visits and loan fulfillment

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets in the Mumbai cluster

• Post-promotion: Perform gold appraisals and lead junior team members (full training will be provided)

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (must be 18+ years)

• Local Language Proficiency: Marathi or Hindi is mandatory

• Location: Candidates must be based in Mumbai (No relocation provided)

• Joining: Immediate joiners only
