Are you a driven finance professional passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering results?

We are looking for a Relationship Manager (RM) to join our SME Finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience marketing Bank/NBFC products like Business Loans, Housing Loans, LAP, OD, CC, etc. Your role will be to expand our client base, manage key accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction.

🔍 Role Responsibilities:

✔ Build & nurture long-term relationships with SME clients

✔ Promote financial products such as CC, OD, Term Loans, and LAP

✔ Drive lead conversions and achieve sales targets

✔ Conduct market research & stay updated on competitor activities

✔ Ensure timely documentation & compliance with regulations

✔ Provide regular reports & client feedback to management

✔ Cross-sell relevant financial services

🎓 Qualifications:

• MBA / M.Com / BBA

• Min. 2 years of finance marketing experience

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Knowledge of banking/NBFC products & market trends

• Must own a 2-wheeler for field visits
