Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Management:

  Developing and maintaining strong relationships with bank partners to foster collaboration and achieve mutual business objectives. 

• Sales Strategy:

  Implementing and executing sales strategies within the bancassurance channel. 

• Training and Support:

  Providing training and support to bank staff on life insurance products and sales techniques. 

• Sales Target Achievement:

  Meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets. 

• Performance Monitoring:

  Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing feedback. 

• Product Knowledge:

  Staying updated on industry trends and product offerings to effectively communicate the benefits to customers. 

• Customer Focus:

  Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable life insurance solutions. 

• Collaboration:

  Working with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns. 

• Process Improvement:

  Providing inputs for product improvements, new product launches, and sales process enhancements.
