Key Responsibilities:
Partner Engagement: Build strong ties with bank managers & staff, offer training, and implement sales strategies.
Sales Generation: Drive sales of life/health products, meet targets, conduct lobby management (addressing walk-in customers), and generate referrals.
Training & Support: Train bank personnel on products, processes, and sales techniques.
Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and report to management.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
Experience: 1-5+ years in banking/insurance sales, especially in the banca channel.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; leadership (for senior roles); problem-solving; market analysis.
Attributes: High energy, sales acumen, ability to work in a branch environment with frequent travel, and fluency in relevant local languages often required
