Position - Relationship Manager/ Senior Relationship Officer

CTC -2.25 - 3.50 Lakhs /3.11 - 4 Lakhs

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Product Knowledge:

  Actively promote and sell life insurance policies, staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge. 

• Client Interaction:

  Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate coverage options. 

• Lead Generation and Management:

  Generate leads, reach out to prospects, and manage the sales pipeline. 

• Sales Process:

  Present products, guide clients through the application and underwriting process, and handle policy sales and renewals. 

• Customer Service:

  Provide excellent customer service, address client inquiries, and resolve any issues. 

• Sales Targets:

  Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
