Relationship Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, references, and walk-ins.

  • Follow up on company-generated leads and convert them into customers.

• Sales & Business Development:

  • Meet potential customers and present appropriate life insurance solutions.

  • Explain product features, benefits, and customize solutions based on customer needs.

  • Ensure achievement of monthly & quarterly sales targets.

• Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat & referral business.

  • Provide after-sales service, policy servicing, and resolve customer queries.

• Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to company policies & regulatory guidelines.

  • Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication & interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales aptitude and negotiation skills.

• Ability to understand customer needs and present suitable solutions.

• Target-oriented with a focus on achieving results.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate (Any Stream).

• Experience: 0–3 years in direct sales (Life Insurance/BFSI experience preferred).

• Age: 21–35 years.
