Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Management:

  Developing and maintaining strong relationships with bank branch managers and other relevant staff.

• Sales Generation:

  Driving sales of insurance products (life, health, etc.) through the bank's customer base.

• Product Training:

  Educating bank staff about the features, benefits, and sales processes of insurance products.

• Sales Support:

  Assisting bank staff with customer interactions, providing necessary information and documentation.

• Target Achievement:

  Meeting or exceeding sales targets for various insurance products.

• Compliance:

  Ensuring all sales activities adhere to banking regulations and company policies.

• Lead Generation:

  Identifying and qualifying potential customers within the bank's customer base.

• Market Research:

  Understanding the competitive landscape and identifying opportunities for growth.

• Reporting:

  Providing regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.

• Cross-selling and Up-selling:

  Identifying opportunities to offer additional insurance products to existing customers.
