Job Summary:

Paisa bazaar is seeking dynamic and result-oriented individuals to join our Home Loan Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home loan products, possess excellent market knowledge, and have the capability to generate leads independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively generate leads from the open market for home loan products.

• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Conduct client meetings, understand their financial needs, and provide suitable home loan solutions.

• Follow up with clients for documentation and loan processing.

• Stay updated with current market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan Sales.

• Age: Between 25 to 32 years.

• Education: Graduate or Undergraduate.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and generate self-leads.
