We are looking for a Relationship Officer to join our team at Alevoz Solutions. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Generate Home Loan leads through direct sourcing, DSAs, connectors and market visits
✅ Acquire new customers and build strong relationships
✅ Explain loan products and assist customers with documentation
✅ Follow up on leads and coordinate with credit/operations teams
✅ Achieve sales, sourcing and disbursement targets
Job Requirements:
✔️ Relevant Home Loan sales experience
✔️ Good communication and customer-handling skills
✔️ Comfortable with field sales and local market visits
✔️ Local candidates preferred for respective locations
✔️ Driving licence and two-wheeler may be mandatory for selected locations
