Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Officer to join our Banking & Insurance sales team in Jhunjhunu. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing relationships, and driving business growth through field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers through field sales and direct marketing activities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement

• Promote banking and insurance products such as loans, accounts, policies, and investment solutions

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products

• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis

• Conduct regular market visits and generate leads from the local area

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer applications

• Provide post-sales support and resolve customer queries effectively

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (Banking/Insurance preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment

• Good knowledge of banking and insurance products

• Local market knowledge of Jhunjhunu is an advantage

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in CASA, loans, insurance, or financial product sales

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred

• Result-oriented with strong negotiation skills

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
