The role involves sourcing customers for Housing Loan and Mortgage Loan products, with mandatory experience in affordable Housing Loans. Candidates must have relevant experience in direct market sourcing, customer acquisition, loan documentation and field sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Source prospective customers for Home Loan and Mortgage Loan products.

• Generate leads through direct market sourcing (DST), field visits and local market networking.

• Acquire customers for affordable Housing Loan products.

• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant loan products.

• Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate loan applications.

• Understand Home Loan documentation and sourcing procedures.

• Maintain customer relationships and follow up on prospective applications.

• Monitor the loan portfolio and conduct loan utilisation checks and customer visits as required.

• Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures and practices.

• Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports.

• Respond to customer queries and support customer satisfaction.

• Achieve assigned customer acquisition and business targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.

• Relevant Experience: Minimum 1 year in Housing Loans, Home Loans or Mortgage Loans.

• Product Experience: Exposure to affordable Housing Loans is mandatory.

• Sourcing Experience: Direct market sourcing (DST) experience is required.

• Product Knowledge: Understanding of Home Loan products, documentation and sourcing mechanisms.

• Employment Documentation: Proper relieving letter and relevant employment documents are required.

• Employment Gap: Candidates who are not currently working should not have an employment gap exceeding 4 months and must be willing to join at a similar CTC, as specified in the original JD.

• Freshers: Not eligible.

• Candidates with only Personal Loan, Credit Card or unsecured lending experience will not be considered.

Age and CIBIL Criteria

• Maximum Age: 30 years, as stated in the original JD. The branch-wise requirement sheet states 32 years; the applicable limit should be confirmed with the hiring partner.

• CIBIL Score: Up to 700, as stated in the original JD.

Salary and Benefits

• Maximum CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on relevant experience and last drawn CTC, as stated in the original JD.

Additional Requirements

• A valid driving licence and personal vehicle are mandatory for branches where specified in the original requirement sheet.

• Candidates should be comfortable with field sales and direct customer acquisition.

• Local candidates may be preferred or required for specific branches.

Documents Required

Candidates should be prepared to provide the following documents as requested during recruitment:

1. Aadhaar Card and PAN Card copies.

2. Latest three months' payslips or latest increment letter.

3. Current organisation's offer letter.

4. Previous organisation's experience letter and relieving letter.
